He is an expert on Strategy Development and Implementation, Organisational Development, and People Management with over 30 years’ experience.

He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering and an MBA (General Management) from Henley Business School in the UK. He has consulted for many organisations including Electricity  Company of Ghana, Evangelical Presbyterian Church, Ghana, ECOWAS Bank for Investment and Development, Lome, Togo in the area of Strategy Development and Implementation, Organisational Development and People Management.
