A public interest organization and a Civil Society Organization (CSO/NGO) that aims to deepen the Ghanaian public’s interest and oversight in infrastructure projects and programs, especially in the Transport and Agriculture sectors that are funded by Donors or by the people of Ghana, as a means by which Effectiveness and Sustainability of projects can be enhanced for the benefit of the people of Ghana.
Driving accountability, impact, and sustainability—together.
Our Experience
At this stage of the Organization, we are relying on the experiences and track record of Our Core Team, especially the individual members of Board of Trustees and the Directors. Also, there are a number of other specialist experts who are available to be mobilized as and when required.
Focal Areas
Transport Infrastructure
Transport Infrastructure (Roads, Bridges, Terminals, Ports, etc.), especially road networks serve as the arteries and veins of an economy being the conduits through which vital resources are carried (mobility, distribution, mobilization, and aggregation) across a nation and beyond. A good, efficient, and reliable network of transport infrastructure is very important as it impacts positively all aspects of a nation’s economy.
Agriculture Infrastructure
In the case of Agriculture Infrastructure (Dams/Irrigation Schemes, Block Mechanization, Storage/Processing Facilities, Fishing Harbours, Farm Roads, Markets, etc.), they in addition to positively impacting the economy, provide livelihood to the majority of the rural population in a typical developing country like Ghana. Agriculture Infrastructure do not simply facilitate production of agricultural good but also enable off-season availability and price stabilization of otherwise seasonal crops.
