He is a social scientist, an Administrator, and a Chartered Accountant with over 35years experience of public service in Ghana.

His public service career covered the Ghana Education Service as a tutor in second cycle institutions and the Electoral Commission of Ghana. He has special interest and experience in the psycho-social perspectives of Systems Design and Operation.

He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAG) and holds an MBA (HRM) from the University of Ghana Business School, a BA(Hons) in Psychology, also from the University of Ghana, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Cape Coast, and a Post- Graduate Diploma in Public Administration from GIMPA.
