He is a Project Management and Contract Administration Expert with over 35years experience covering project preparation, construction supervision, technical audit, and also monitoring and evaluation of projects.

He holds an Executive MBA (Project Management) and a BSc in Civil Engineering and has over the years played significant roles on major infrastructure projects in Ghana and other African countries in the areas of roads, bridges, and real estate development.

He has also consulted for many organizations, especially the World Bank, the African Development Bank, and the European Union in the area of Monitoring and Evaluation of a number of road infrastructure projects they had funded in Ghana.
